Top-Tier Bank in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking a Human Resources Analyst for a temporary-to-permanent position!
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training and development, systems administration and maintenance, HR operations
- Employee Relations and vendor management
- Maintain employee attendance records and vacation time
- Maintain HR Systems
- Manage HR’s vendor bills and ensure the accuracy.
- Conduct the employee documents filing and perform data validation
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years previous experience in HR
- Bachelor's Degree
- Degree in Human Resources or related is a plus
